As I do with all my supplement reviews, I opened up a capsule and tasted it. Really tasted the bitterness of the berberine. I love the idea of the aluminum container, but it had multiple dents in it--inevitable while it's transported, so maybe not the best idea. Supplement seems great though.

It has a bunch of B12, which is always good and probably offers metabolism support as well. My only reservation is that some folks take 1000 mg berberine as a daily dose, and in that case this would not be the perfect supplement. I'm grateful that they use plant-based capsules and that the supplement is vegan. As long as this is the amount of berberine recommended by your health professional, this is a great supplement.
