We ship through USPS to get your products to you as soon as possible,  but usually it takes up to 5 business days for products to arrive once out for delivery.

Our products are pantry-safe and shelf-stable – store them wherever you wish! We use aluminum packaging to ensure the quality of our products are not compromised by UV rays, which can cause degradation of ingredient potency. Our only recommendation is not to leave the bottles outside on a hot summer day as the capsules are sensitive to high-heat.

Don’t stress! Unlike pharmaceuticals, these products are supplemental to your lifetstyle and diet, so missing a day or two won’t hurt. We recommend staying consistent as consistency is key in preventative care
